The short version: we collect what we need to drive you and nothing more. We do not sell your information, we do not run ads, and we do not track you around the internet. Card details never touch our systems — our payment processor handles those directly.
Private Premiere is an executive chauffeur and transportation management company based in Los Angeles, California, operating in eight markets across the United States and through vetted affiliate operators beyond them.
This policy covers privatepremierelimo.com and the bookings, quotes and enquiries that come through it. It does not cover other companies’ websites we link to.
We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, government ID numbers, or any information about your health, beliefs or background. Please do not put that kind of detail in the special requests box.
We do not use your booking information to advertise to you, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry and security code go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems or sent to our servers. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.
When you book online, your card is authorized rather than charged. The final amount is captured after the trip, so wait time and any changes on the day are accurate. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs what they do with payment data.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold it and we do not intend to. We share it only with the services and people needed to actually carry out your booking:
Some of our clients — law firms, production companies, private households — ask us to sign confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements. Where we have, those terms apply on top of this policy and are stricter than it.
We want to be straightforward about this. If you enter your details and get a price but do not go on to book, we keep that enquiry — your name, contact details and the trip you were pricing. We use it to follow up with you about that trip and to understand which requests we are losing and why.
If you would rather we did not keep it, email us and we will delete it. See Your rights.
Some of our vehicles carry a forward-facing dash camera. Where fitted, it records the road ahead only. It does not record the passenger cabin and it does not record audio.
Footage exists for driver safety, insurance and accident evidence. It records over itself continuously and is not reviewed or retained unless there is a collision, an insurance claim, or a legal request. If you would prefer a vehicle without one, tell dispatch when you book and we will arrange it.
Dispatch will call or text you about your booking — confirmations, chauffeur details, and changes on the day. These are service messages about a trip you have arranged, not marketing. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.
We do not send promotional text messages. If that ever changes, we will ask for your agreement first, and you will be able to stop them at any time.
As of the date at the top of this page, this website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not use Meta or advertising trackers, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
The only browser storage the site uses is what is technically necessary to make the booking form work while you are filling it in.
If we add analytics in future — to understand which pages people actually read — we will update this section, change the date at the top of the page, and describe exactly what is being collected before it starts.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Email reservations@privatepremierelimo.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request route above is open to you regardless of where you live, and we honor it whether or not we are strictly required to.
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it. We do carry children as passengers, often booked by a parent or a household. In that case we collect only what the adult booking the trip chooses to give us — usually a first name and a car-seat requirement — and we use it only to carry out that trip safely.
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Reservation data is held in an access-controlled database, and payment credentials never reach our systems at all. Chauffeurs receive only the details of the job they are assigned.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the appropriate authorities as the law requires.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes — adding analytics, or changing who we share information with — will be described in plain language, not buried.
