The short version: your confirmation is your contract, texts are optional and only about your rides, and you can reply STOP at any time.
These terms apply to bookings, quotes and services arranged through privatepremierelimo.com, by phone, by text or by email with Private Premiere LLC (“Private Premiere”, “we”, “us”), an executive chauffeur and transportation management company based in Los Angeles, California, operating under CA CPUC TCP 51949-P.
By requesting a quote or making a booking you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a reservation confirmation. If the trip details change — pick-up time, route, stops, passengers or luggage — the price may change, and we will tell you before it does.
Group and corporate travel is always quoted individually.
Your confirmation states the price and what it includes. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; card details never touch our systems. Corporate accounts are billed on the terms agreed in writing.
The cancellation, waiting-time and no-show terms for your trip are stated in your reservation confirmation. To change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or call or text +1 (415) 542-8316.
Passengers must wear seat belts and follow the chauffeur’s safety instructions. No smoking, vaping or illegal substances in our vehicles. Cleaning or damage costs caused by passengers may be charged to the booking. A chauffeur may end a trip if continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.
Outside our home markets, or when needed, your trip may be carried out by a vetted, properly licensed and insured affiliate operator held to our standards.
We plan around traffic, weather and flight times, but we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Program. Private Premiere ride notifications, sent by Private Premiere LLC. These are service texts about reservations you have made with us: booking confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, pick-up updates, changes on the day, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in. By ticking the optional “Text me about this ride” box on our booking form, or by texting our number first. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase — you can book without receiving texts.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
